Terms for agents

These terms apply to moving companies using the Moovax agent rate portal.

Estimates are indicative and priced on the rates published on the day. The confirmed quotation follows the survey, and nothing is booked until we confirm it with you.
Rates are in euros and exclude any applicable VAT. Items shown as "to be confirmed" or "at cost" are not in the total.
Access is for your company only. Do not share your password. We may disable an account at any time.
Every estimate you save is sent to our international desk, who may contact you about it.

Conditions

Rates assume normal access: the vehicle parks at the entrance, ground floor or a lift large enough for furniture.
Any additional charge is advised and agreed before the work is carried out, never invoiced afterwards.
Cancellation: 72 hours before, 30% · 48 hours, 50% · 24 hours or on the day, 100% of the service rate.
Crating is quoted per item, after measuring. Madeira and the Azores: on request.
